Refund Policy - Matchmonia

1. General Policy

At Matchmonia, all membership fees and service charges are strictly non-refundable once the payment is processed and the premium features have been activated on your account.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

Duplicate billing due to a technical error on our platform.
Failure of the premium features to activate within 48 hours of successful payment confirmation.

3. No Guarantee of Matches

Matchmonia is a platform designed to connect individuals. We do not guarantee marriage or that you will find a compatible partner. Inability to find a suitable match does not constitute grounds for a refund.

4. Account Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated by Matchmonia due to a violation of our Terms of Service (such as uploading fake profiles, inappropriate behavior, or harassment), you will not be eligible for any refund.

If you believe you qualify for a refund under our exception criteria, please contact our support team at matchmoniateam@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction date.
